Are your planners dated?

Both our 12 Month Planners and Quarterly Planners are undated which means you can start your journey towards far greater effectiveness whenever you choose!

What is the difference between the Year Planner and the 90 Day Planner?

The content in the Year Planner and the 90 Day Planner is exactly the same, using the structured, methodical and proven system for mastering and prioritising your schedule and workload. Both planners are A5 size but as you would expect the 90 Day Planner has a few less pages and is a Volant Perfect Binding Notebook and the Year Planner has a Hardbound Cover.

What size are the journals?

The journals are A5 size, measuring 210 x 148 mm.

What is the cover made of?

The covers of our Year Planner and 90 Day Planner are made with Faux Leather.

Do you provide instructions for how to get the best use from your planners?

What payment options do I have?

Payment is made via our online shop and we accept payments from all major credit card companies, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

How long will it be before I receive my planner?

Your order will be processed within 24 hours of your order being placed or on Monday for orders placed at the weekend, excluding Bank Holiday Mondays. You can choose between standard delivery and express delivery during the checkout process.

What is your return policy?

If you decide our planner isn't for you, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund providing it is returned in its original resellable condition. To action a return you will need to call or email our team and they will provide you with our returns address and further information.

How can I cancel my order?

As we start processing your order as soon as it has been placed we are unable to accept cancellations. We do however have a returns policy which is detailed above.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If you receive an order that is damaged, please email with clear images showing the damage. We will then contact you to resolve the situation.

Can I do a bulk order for my organisation?

If you would like to order large quantities of our planners, then be sure to email to see what special price we can offer you.

Can I place an order for your planners but with my company logo?

If you would like to order our planners with your logo on, please email for a tailor made quotation.
